City of Amarillo Chooses Systems & Software for Digital Modernization





Systems & Software has been selected by the City of Amarillo to implement a modern utility billing and customer information system (CIS).

Harris Computer and part of Constellation Software, has been selected by the City of Amarillo to implement a modern utility billing and customer information system (CIS). This decision follows an extensive request for proposal (RFP) process aimed at improving business process automation, data accuracy, and customer service efficiency.

The City of Amarillo identified key areas for improvement in its legacy system, specifically around automation and quality monitoring. To address these needs, Systems & Software was selected and will integrate with existing systems, including Paymentus, CanAM Technologies' Teller solution, Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI), Workday Financials, and Smartworks.
