Terex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on July 10, 2008, announcing that it will be releasing its second quarter 2008 financial results on Wednesday, July 23, 2008, after the close of the market. The Company also announced that it will host a conference call on Thursday, July 24, 2008 at 8:30 a.m., Eastern Time, to review the Company’s second quarter 2008 financial results. The teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the public.
