Terex Corporation issued a press release on October 31, 2005, announcing
that it will participate in the Goldman Sachs Global Capital Goods Conference at
the Grand Hyatt Hotel New York located on Park Avenue at Grand Central Station
in New York, New York on Tuesday, November 1, 2005. A live webcast of this
presentation can be accessed on Tuesday, November 1, 2005 at 11:25 AM (EST) on
the Terex Corporation website, www.terex.com, under the Investors section.
Additionally, a slide presentation from the conference will be available
beginning on October 31, 2005 on the Terex website under the Investors section.
