On April 27, 2010, ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing its plans to resubmit its new drug application for ANX-530 (vinorelbine injectable emulsion), or Exelbine™, to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in the fourth quarter of 2010.
