On April 22, 2010, RSC Holdings Inc. issued a press release announcing its results for the first fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2010, entitled “RSC Reports 1Q10 Results; Provides 2Q10 Outlook and Reaffirms FY10 Free Cash Flow Outlook.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
