On May 27, 2010, Ingram Micro Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release that its Board of Directors has authorized a one-year $100 million share repurchase program, following the completion of the Company’s $300 million repurchase program authorized in November 2007.  A copy of the Company’s press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 is incorporated by reference.
