| (b) | On July 18, 2007, Community Central Bank Corporation ("Corporation") issued a press release announcing the departure of Ronald R. Reed, President of Community Central Bank ("Bank"), the Corporation's wholly-owned operating subsidiary, in order to pursue other opportunities. David A. Widlak, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and the Bank will assume Mr. Reed's duties. A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Reed's departure is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. |
