(b) Effective February 5, 2007, David Bonior will resign from the Board of Director of Community Central Bank Corporation and, its wholly-owned operating subsidiary, Community Central Bank in order to head the John Edwards 2008 Presidential Campaign.

The Board of Directors intends to reduce the size of the board from eleven to ten members, eliminating the vacancy created on the board by Mr. Bonior's departure.

A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Bonior's departure from the Board is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
