Attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference is a copy of a press release, dated August 3, 2006, announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared the Company’s seventh quarterly cash dividend. The cash dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock was declared by the Board of Directors on August 2, 2006 and is payable to common stock shareholders of record at the close of business on August 25, 2006 and is expected to be paid on September 8, 2006.
