Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 10, 2015, VAALCO Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) held a publicly available telephone conference call to discuss its results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. A copy of the transcript from that call is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by this reference. The Company also referenced a Supplemental Information packet that was posted to the Company’s website in advance of the conference call.
