Attached is the English translation of the letter filed with the Comision Nacional de Valores and Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires on June 4, 2018.
 
 
 
 
By letter dated June 4, 2018, the Company reported that on June 1st, 2018  it has requested to Standard & Poor's Ratings Argentina S.R.L. ("S & P"), Risk Rating Agent, the cancellation of the rating and evaluation of shares services of the Company, due to the lack of regulations that determine the need to contract such service, clarifiying that it does not have any type of discrepancy regarding the methodology used by S & P. Likewise, the rating of shares by Fix SCR S.A. continues in force.
