Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On July 30, 2012 Butler National Corporation issued a press release announcing it's financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year end 2012 for the period ending April 30, 2012.  Butler National Corporation will have a conference call on August 1, 2012 to discuss the results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
