On October 4, 2016, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it will issue its financial results for the 2016 third quarter ended September 30, 2016 on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, after the close of trading. The Registrant will discuss these results in a conference call the following morning, Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
