On December 16, 2013, the Company issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that the Company had signed new solar PV system projects totaling fifty kilowatts (50kW). The Press Release further outlined that the Company had begun a media marketing effort in the greater Southern California region to attract commercial solar PV system clients.
