Item 5.02 Departure of Certain Officers.
World Energy Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTC BB:WEGY.OB), a Florida corporation focused on energy conservation technologies and environmental sustainability, announced today that the Board of Directors has terminated the employment of Mike Prentice as President of the Company. The termination occurred at a Board of Directors meeting on Friday, January 16, 2009.
