On August 31, 2010, Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release regarding the adoption of pre-arranged stock trading plans in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, by certain Company officers and directors as well as other non-executive Congdon family shareholders.
