In connection with a Businesswire release issued today by Dell Inc., which describes the inclusion of Phoenix Technologies’ Failsafe™ technology in Dell’s new Studio 14z laptop product (see http://www.businesswire.com/portal/site/home/ permalink/?ndmViewId=news_view&newsId=20090528005246&newsLang=en), Phoenix management has confirmed that Dell is the Fortune 100 PC OEM to which Phoenix had referred in its press release dated October 23, 2008.
