NOTICE TO THE MARKET

 

Oi S.A. – In Judicial Reorganization (“Oi”) informs to its shareholders and the market in general that a General Meeting of the Angolan telecommunications company Unitel S.A. was held on this date, during which a new Board of Directors of Unitel was elected, including, among its five members, two members nominated by PT Ventures, SGPS S.A. (“PT Ventures”), an indirect subsidiary of Oi.

 

Oi also informs that, one of the two members nominated by PT Ventures will hold the position of Managing Director of Unitel, a role that has been occupied to date by Mr. Antony Dolton.

 

As a result, Mr. António Miguel Ferreira Geraldes (Managing Director) and Mr. Luiz Henrique Soares Rosa, both nominated by PT Ventures, will be members of the Board of Directors of Unitel. In addition, Mr. João Boa Francisco Quipipa, Ms. Isabel José dos Santos and Mr. Amílcar Frederico Safeca were also elected as members of Unitel’s Board of Directors.
