SÃO PAULO, MAY 14, 2012 GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (BM&FBovespa: GOLL4 e NYSE: GOL), (S&P: B+, Fitch: B+, Moody`s: B3), the largest low-fare, low-cost airline in Latin America, announces that SMILES has just launched a flight to Miami exclusively for its clients. The new operation, which is not part of the regular route network, will begin on July 7th and the tickets are available for purchase by clients of the program. The clients can issue their tickets using 40,000 miles per stretch, initially. The only condition is that passengers remain at their destination for at least one week.

The new weekly flight, will take place on weekends, departing from Guarulhos International Airport at 3:20 p.m. on Saturday and arriving in Miami at 12:30 a.m. on Sunday. The return flight will leave Miami at 1:50 a.m. on Sunday, arriving in São Paulo at 1:45 p.m.

As well as being highly attractive to Brazilians who want to travel to the U.S. using miles, the new flight will also offer Americans another opportunity to fly to Brazil, declared Flavio Vargas, head of SMILES.
