     On December 20, 2012, CalAmp Corp. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended November 30, 2012.

     A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.

     A conference call with simultaneous webcast to discuss the financial results for the third quarter ended November 30, 2012 will be held today, December 20, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. After the live webcast of the conference call, an audio replay will remain available until the next quarterly conference call in the Investor Relations section of CalAmp's website at www.calamp.com.

     On December 20, 2012, the Company also entered into an agreement to acquire the operations of Wireless Matrix Corporation. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2.
