On October 30, 2017, Lennar Corporation (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors had declared a stock dividend of one share of Class B common stock for each 50 shares of Class A common stock or Class B common stock of the Company outstanding, payable on November 27, 2017 to holders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2017. A copy of the press release regarding the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
