On April 25, 2017, Fifth Third Bancorp issued a press release and its quarterly financial supplement announcing its earnings release for the first quarter of 2017. A copy of this press release and its quarterly financial supplement are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.3, respectively. This information is furnished under both Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition and Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
