Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc.s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at Hotel du Pont, 11th and Market Streets, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
