On February 16, 2012, Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation (“Navios Acquisition”) issued a press release announcing its cash dividend for the quarter ended December 31, 2011, and its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 6-K (this “Report”) and is incorporated herein by reference.
