(b) As of October 3, 2006, Mr. Bobby L. Harper retired as President, Columbus Region of Cadence Bank, N.A. In accordance with Cadence Financial Corporation, Inc.’s (the “Company”) corporate policy for inside directors, Mr. Harper also retired as a director of the Company.
