On July 21, 2004, Viisage Technology, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it had reached a settlement with the Department of Motor Vehicle Safety for the State of Georgia regarding the Company’s drivers’ license contract with the agency. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
