On February 27, 2004, RR Donnelley & Sons Company (“RR Donnelley” or the “Corporation”) completed a business combination with Moore Wallace Incorporated. Filed herewith are unaudited pro forma condensed combined financial statements of operations for the three months ended March 31, 2004 and the year ended December 31, 2003. The information for the year ended December 31, 2003 contains updated valuations and adjustments from the information previously included in the Corporation’s Current Report on Form 8-K/A filed on March 16, 2004. Such unaudited pro forma condensed combined financial information is incorporated herein by reference to Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
