Other Events

 

On February 25, 2004, ONEOK, Inc. (the “Company”) announced it has entered into an agreement to purchase the 22.5 percent general partnership interest owned by ConocoPhillips in Gulf Coast Fractionators for approximately $23 million. Gulf Coast Fractionators owns a fractionation facility in Mont Belvieu, Texas that separates natural gas liquids into various components.
