Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 30, 2010, Uranium Energy Corp. (the "Company") issued a news release announcing that its Goliad In-Situ Recovery (ISR) Project in South Texas has made an advance toward becoming permitted for production. The administrative law judge who presided over a public hearing regarding the Company's Goliad ISR Project in May of this year has issued an initial Proposal for Decision.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
