Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On September 3, 2009, Exchange National Bank & Trust Co. of Atchison agreed to extend the maturity date on the Company’s $2,800,000 secured promissory note from September 3, 2009 to July 5, 2010.
