Item 8.01 Other Events.
MAXIMUS has bid as a subcontractor to Vangent, Inc. for a contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”) to provide Contact Center Operations (RFP-CMS-2012-0004). The purpose of the contract is to provide contact center operations support to respond to inquiries from the CMS customer service population. No further information is available from MAXIMUS at this time. Any inquires about the program should be directed to CMS.
