Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 7, 2012, American Realty Capital Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release with respect to its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2012. A copy of such press release was furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to a Current Report on Form 8-K dated May 7, 2012. On May 7, 2012, the Company re-issued the press release to correct an incorrect reference to prior FFO and AFFO guidance and included dial-in details for its upcoming first quarter 2012 conference call. A copy of the re-issued press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The information contained in this Item 2.02 and the attached Exhibit 99.1 are furnished to, and not filed with, the Securities and Exchange Commission.
