On May 10, 2001, Charter Communications Holdings, LLC and Charter Communications Holdings Capital Corporation announced that they had entered into an agreement to sell $350 million of 9.625% Senior Notes due 2009, $575 million of 10% Senior Notes due 2011 and $1.02 billion of 11.750% Senior Discount Notes due 2011.
