On March 31, 2016, Edward Grzedzinski delivered notice of his intent to resign, for personal reasons, as a director of Neenah Paper, Inc. (the Company), to be effective as of the Companys Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 26, 2016. Mr. Grzedzinski is a member of the Companys Compensation Committee. The Company has commenced a search for a new director to replace Mr. Grzedzinski.
