Luxottica Group calls Board Meeting
for Monday September 1, 2014
Milan (Italy), August 25, 2014 - Luxottica Group S.p.A. (NYSE: LUX; MTA: LUX), a leader in the design, manufacture, distribution and sale of fashion, luxury and sports eyewear announces that it has called a meeting of its Board for Monday the 1st of September 2014 to consider its management structure and the position of Andrea Guerra.
At the end of the meeting a conference call for analysts and investors will take place. Details of the call will be circulated in due course.
