Item 5.02.                                          Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

On December 9, 2010, the Board of Directors of AECOM Technology Corporation (“AECOM”) appointed Rob J. Routs to the AECOM Board of Directors as a Class III Director.  The AECOM Board of Directors also appointed Dr. Routs to the Audit, Nominating and Governance, and Planning, Finance and Investments Committees of the AECOM Board of Directors.
