Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 8, 2010 Harry Ebbighausen, Iron Mountain’s President, North America, assumed day-to-day leadership responsibilities for Iron Mountain Digital. Ramana Venkata, the former President of Iron Mountain Digital, will depart the company on September 30, 2010 following a transition period. In addition to his role as President, North America, Mr. Ebbighausen is expected to remain as the interim leader of Iron Mountain Digital until a permanent leader is identified.
