Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective January 4, 2007, Raj Kanwal Singh has been appointed Vice President of Worldwide Sales of MoSys, Inc, in addition to his current responsibility as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Mr. Singh will report directly to Chet Silvestri, the Chief Executive Officer. As part of this organization change, Dhaval Ajmera, former Vice President of Worldwide Sales, will become Vice President of Strategic Accounts and also will report directly to Mr. Silvestri.
