On March 18, 2011, Utah Medical Products, Inc. announced that it has purchased all of the common shares of Femcare Holdings Limited of the United Kingdom, including its trading subsidiaries, Femcare-Nikomed Ltd. of Southampton, England and Femcare Australia.
