Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 3, 2017, j2 Global, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2017.
The Company also announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.3850 per common share. The dividend will be paid on September 1, 2017 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 14, 2017. Future dividends will be subject to approval by the Company's Board of Directors.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On August 3, 2017, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, the Company hosted its second quarter 2017 earnings conference call and Webcast. Via the Webcast, the Company presented portions of its August 2017 Investor Presentation, which contains a summary of the Company's financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2017, a reaffirmation of financial estimates for fiscal 2017, and certain other financial and operating information regarding the Company. A copy of this presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K.
The Company also reported today that, in the unaudited pro forma supplemental information (under the heading "Pro Forma Financial Information for All 2016 Acquisitions" included in Note 3 to the consolidated financial statements) in the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016, Net Income for the Year Ended December 31, 2015 with respect to all 2015 acquisitions was incorrectly reported as $11,817,000, instead of $111,817,000, due to a typographical error. The Company notes that the EPS Basic and Diluted information with respect to all 2016 acquisitions was correctly reported based on the actual $111,817,000 net income.
