Explanatory Note
This amendment to Form 6-K submitted on February 20, 2018 is being furnished to the Commission to remove the incorporation by reference of Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3 into the registrant’s Registration Statement on Form F-10 (the “Registration Statement”), which incorporation by reference was inadvertently included. For clarity, Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3 are hereby not incorporated by reference into the Registration Statement but are furnished pursuant to Form 6-K.
