On November 14, 2006, Lantronix, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2006.  The full text of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
