Item 8.01 Other Events.

As previously disclosed, on February 13, 2019, the SEC served the executive officers of Forward Industries, Inc. (the "Company") with subpoenas related to the trading in the Company's securities surrounding the January 18, 2018 announcement that the Company had acquired Intelligent Product Solutions, Inc.  Additionally, the custodian of records of the Company was also served with a subpoena in connection with this investigation.
